Souffle is often intimidating, but it shouldn’t be. Learn how to make this classic dish in both sweet and savory variations. Students will learn how to make chocolate, Grand Marnier, and cheese souffles. Come hungry because these don’t travel. We’ll enjoy our creations in class along with a mixed green salad. Students will leave class with recipes and the ability to make these yummy dishes at home.
All equipment is provided, and students are welcome to bring an apron to protect their clothes and must wear close-toed shoes. Long hair needs to be pulled back.
