Students will learn how to make the seemingly difficult French cookie; the macaron. It’s not as hard as you think! (Just a little tricky.) Class will cover the basics of making, flavoring, baking, and filling macarons. We will also cover basic ganache and buttercream. Students will go home with at least 2 dozen macarons in an assortment of flavors.
All equipment is provided.
Students are welcome to bring an apron to protect their clothes. Close-toed shoes are required.
