$20 Ages 5-12
Students will learn how to build a mini Bouche de Noel, or Yule Log cake, a classic holiday dessert. Students will learn how to fill the chocolate sponge roulade with buttercream and decorated it to look like a log with our fudge frost. We’ll finish it up by adding “snow,” holly berries, leaves and meringue mushrooms. This is a shorter class, because we know your schedules are full to the brim this time of year.
All tools and equipment is provided. Kids may be dropped off or parents may wait in the front of the shop. Please let the staff know if your child has any allergies when signing up for the class.
