Students will learn how to make a Buche de Noel, or Yule Log cake, a classic holiday dessert. We’ll start with the chocolate sponge roulade and move all the way through from filling, rolling and decorating our cakes with meringue mushrooms. Class will cover the basics of sponge cake, fillings, flavorings and decorating. This is the perfect dessert to impress your family with at the Christmas holidays.
All equipment is provided.
Students should bring an apron to protect their clothes and wear close-toed shoes.
This class can be a fun family/friend entertainment event.
